How to pick up your vehicle?

After landing, follow signs towards the exit (Exit) until you reach the baggage reclaim carousels. In front of the first carousel, you will see an OK Mobility Store, although the Pickup Store is further ahead.​ Continue walking by the carousels, following the exit signs (Exit) to leave this area.​ Turn immediately to the left and continue straight following the “Arrivals C" signs.​ Next to the pillar and No. 5 Exit, you will find the OK Mobility Pickup Store.​

How to return your vehicle?

If you are arriving from Autopista Via de Cintura

Take the airport exit and stay left on the fork, following the signs for “Terminal / Parking / Express / OK Mobility”.​ Go straight, following the signs for “Llegadas / Parking / Parking Express”.​ Take the left lane towards “Llegadas / Parking / Parking Express”. Stay left on the fork, following the signs for “Parking / OK Mobility”, with P. Express on your right.​ Enter the carpark and head to the second floor. Once inside, turn immediately to the left and follow signs for OK Mobility where you will find the Drop Off area.​

If you are coming from Autopista de Levante

Take Exit 7 for the “Aeropuerto” (Airport). At the roundabout, take the second exit following signs to “OK Mobility / Express / Parking / Terminal”.​ Rejoin the road and stay in the left lane, following signs for “Llegadas / Parking / Express / OK Mobility”.​ Stay left on the fork, following the signs for “Parking / OK Mobility”, with Parking Express on your right.​ Enter the carpark and head to the second floor. Once inside, turn immediately to the left and follow signs for OK Mobility where you will find the Drop Off area.​
